The Engagement Manager (Transition) must ensure that the user acceptance testing is performed in accordance with the UAT plan.

Typically, the key deliverables of User Acceptance Testing will include:

Test scripts to be executed as part of UAT
Test log : a log of all the test cases executed and the actual results
User sign-off.

Once the user acceptance testing is complete, the results must be analyzed and findings should be shared with all the relevant stakeholders. Any defects and issues observed in the testing must be resolved and the fixes and updates should be re-tested for measuring the effectiveness of the fixes. The Technology And Infrastructure Lead should update the lessons learned repository, if required.

Once the testing is completed with affirmative results, the Engagement Manager (Transition) must obtain any required approvals to move forward with deployment.
